Liked: Location is great. Reception looks good
Disliked: Room was quite tired, could be updated a little. The shower gel, hand soap etc don’t smell like the description. They sound fabulous but I’d say they are filled up with cheap products.

Wonderful stay and the location...

Liked: Location was perfect for a both visiting the arena and shopping in the city. We had a corner room on the 14th floor so the view of the city was fantastic. Everywhere in the hotel smelled clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Should we visit again we would stay in this hotel
Disliked: We called room service up to 10 times and not a single time was it answered. The hotel was severely under staffed at the time of our stay (including the bar which took 15 minutes to get a bottle of water due to 1 member of staff working the bar and waiting also). The carpet of the hotel may have been tidy but certainly wasn’t clean. There is no signage to get out of the car park
