Amazing staff were fantastic room...

Liked: Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the radisson blu Cardiff, we had a junior suite, we have just got engaged and the staff went above and beyond for us, nothing was to much trouble for them, breakfast was very tasty and the room was very clean, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely be back, thank you Radisson Blu

Disliked: Rooms were very tired and pillows poor. Really regretted booking this. Premier Inn Plus at Llantrisant was much better and much cheaper (the night before), wish we had booked 2 nights there!

Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Uncomfortable Room, and Bad BreakfastI was disappointed with my stay. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. The room was almost empty—very little furniture, a damaged desk, and barely any space to hang clothes. We had to sit on the bed, and not even a glass of water was provided. The shower was moldy, which was unacceptable.Breakfast was also very poor—some of the food was cold and lacked taste. The air conditioning in the dining area made it uncomfortably cold. When I asked the staff to turn it off, they ignored my request and simply told me to sit at another table, which didn’t help. Overall, the hospitality and service level at this hotel were far below expectations.I had requested an invoice when I made my booking and mentioned it again at check-in, but the staff seemed completely unaware. The lady at the reception told me to send an email to request it myself. When I suggested that she could take care of it instead, she responded rudely. In the end, I received the invoice by email—but even then, the company details were incorrect. No further comments. I really don’t understand why the reception staff couldn’t take the time to get it right—it felt careless and unprofessional.

Liked: Conveniently located for the Utilita Arena, hotel is lovely, the room itself was a bit tired, carpets very stained and worn, desk was covered in pen marks. Was just for one night so did the job.
