Liked: The bathroom was lovely, and the staff were very kind, accommodating and understanding. Hotel was in a convenient location.
Disliked: Room would look much nicer with a different carpet.Double bed would be more comfortable rather than 2 singles pushed together.TV channels were quite limited.

Disliked: Tea and coffee facilities - only one tea bag. Noise - we could hear water from all the rooms near and above us. Every time a toilet was flushed, we could hear the water through the pipes - this happened throughout the night. Every time someone had a shower, again, we could hear the water. We could even hear the initial noise as the water from the (very powerful) showers hit the bath tub. This was clearly not just from the room above as we heard this MANY times. My friend managed three hours sleep, I managed two as every time I was close to falling asleep, there would be more water. I cannot understand why this would be so loud?
