Nice hotel but definitely not...

Liked: 1. Excellent location! 2. Very nice interior, comfortable room and nice breakfast.3. Not bad soundproofing if there is no party4. Cool possibility to refill water without limit
Disliked: 1. They conducted a party at the restaurant till 2a.m. so we cannot sleep. I have called a few times to the reception because of noise but I was told “we cannot do anything”. This is just unacceptable for 5* hotel: both party itself and the answer.I definitely will not recommend this hotel for business trips.2. Bed sheets and curtain were dirty(with some spots)3. They did not see my prepaid booking until I arrived because of technical issues. But this was resolved by receptionist.

Liked: Central to the City. Very clean room. Spotless bathroom. Decent hot selection of food for breakfast.
Disliked: Tea facilities were lacking . The cups were too small and only a miniscule plastic milk container .

Disliked: On check in staff just gave us our door key. Didn't say what number how to get to it etc. I had to ask about bar/restaurant and how to get to old town. No map no explanation about what's around. I expected a lot more. Hotel in krakow gave us maps booked trips for us I thought it would be the same standard. On check out however she looked at tram times and wrote down routes for the last day. Think some staff need better training
