Liked: Breakfast was okay but the queue was unreal, we queued for almost 25 minutes to get seated which is a long time, surely if it is an ongoing issue, somesort of ticket system should be introduced where people get a specified time for breakfast, we had this in a different hotel we stayed in previously

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very helpful. The pool was busy but very clean. Our room was also very clean and comfortable for our family.
Disliked: We waited for 1 hour 15 mins for our room to be ready. Service at dinner was extremely slow as they were so busy. We queued for 30 mins for breakfast in the morning. I feel that the hotel was not equipped to deal with such a large amount of families on one night.I also asked a staff member in the bar for some whole milk to give my one year old baby. He informed me the whole hotel only had low fat milk. Later, another waitress then went to the kitchen to get whole milk for me. There was also whole milk at breakfast in the morning. Small thing but I was quite annoyed.
