Liked: Lovely hotel with very friendly staff

Liked: Not a lot apart from ample parking and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Check in was not great, things did not work, it was very slow.Room was excessivly hot and there was no air con to speak of... Room was dated, decor was not like a Raddisson Blu, it feel below the Radisson usual standard. Check out was a joke, they said would l like the receipt emailed I said no, then the printer did not work, then when I said OK email it, they did not have my email despite it been presented on check in. They did not enter my Radisson Club card correctly and the stay is not showing on my account.

Disliked: Fitness centre was poorly maintained & not somewhere you can do a proper workout. When I complained about the facilities it was very badly received and management have no idea how to deal with unsatisfied customers!
