Liked: Heaven on Earth. The Best place to relax, eat well and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The most amazing SPA and classes: yoga, water aerobic. Massage- aromatherapy by Natalia was a delight. I will be back 100%.

Perfect for getaway for long...

Liked: Great big rooms, comfy beds, not too much noise from others. Hotel almost at the beach, 20-30 min walk to centre of Sopot.Amazing Spa and wellness - best massage of my life! 1 hour spa included in price everyday.Great choices at breakfast also for allergies and special diets!
Disliked: overall super amazing experience, just two tiny things - our sink in bathroom was stuck, and the breakfast is stopping very sharp on the hour, specially in the weekdays

Upset about the pool organization...

Liked: Bed is good, and heard no noise during the night (no noise coming from the room like climatisation or fridge). Had a good night sleep. Decoration of room and bathroom is ok. Good breakfast.
Disliked: It is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel how the pool is organized. 1) you don't get a bathrobe and slippers at the reception when you checkin, as soon as your reservation is confirmed like in other hotels, so you cannot get to the pool in your bathrobe and slippers, you have to change other there and put all your all your dresses in a locker 3) you need to pay when you stay more than 1h20 minutes (time spent changing counts), so you need to check a time limit (not ideal during vacations). Moreover it is a problem if there is bad weather and you plan to stay with your family for the entire afternoon for example. You should not have to worry about anything from the checkin to the checkout. The worse is that I was not warned about the fact that the pool time was limit when I reserved. If I had known I would have reserved another hotel. Also, the room was on the ground floor with view on parking, so anyone going to the hotel or leaving the hotel could see us in our room.

No robe in room to go to spa had to go down to request this. No list of spa treatments unless downloaded on qr code. Writing do small can’t read this. Very poor sound proofing so footsteps all night above me and man vomiting in room next door. Unable to book meals to my room as I have not been given authority to do so.
