Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable stay. Super nice staff
Disliked: Parking. Very very over priced, difficult to enter/leave and not enough space for guests

ideal for a short stay

Liked: Location was good for walking to the attractions of the centre, however it was a bit awkward to reach by car.Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.
Disliked: parking was a bit tight. Staff were generally very good

Liked: Location was sensational. Service was good.
Disliked: Breakfast choice was good but unfortunately the availability of items was an issue. Bacon, eggs, fruit and bread etc were not available and even when replenished the bacon and eggs were cold.

Great stay. Both the hotel...

Liked: We liked it so much we returned a few weeks later on our way north. Previously we had viewed Rouen as somewhere to get through but now we shall regard it as an essential stop. We made our mid morning Eurotunnel crossing with ease.

Liked: A great location near the train station it’s a 15 minute walk to everything in Rouen. Our room had a view of the Tower and the cathedral. Our room was very nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Huge rooms, great location next to train station and old town, quiet, dark rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, fresh baked goods and hot eggs etc
Disliked: Little noisy in the morning with trucks on the street. Not a great place to find food for a toddler outside of breakfast.
