Need to improve customer service,...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. room was clean.
Disliked: Staff wasn't as nice as I am used to with past Radisson experiences. the cocktail selection at the bar was very poor. The superior room with extra large bed.... there was nothing superior about it and the bed was a normal one. the only extra or superior was the price!!

We had two great days...

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful hotel exterior and interior
Disliked: Access to the gondola you have to walk through the parking lot. No quick way to get there via shuttle also not clear in the big parking garage where to exactly go to get to the gondola.

Disliked: Reception manager was very hostile about Hotel staff mistake (ordering ski passes not for the right dates). It took to long to admit and compensate. Makes no sense guests should pay double due to hotel mistake.

Disliked: The staff made a mistake with the days of our ordered in advance ski passes. It took way too long for them to admit and compensate for the double payments . Bad service experience.

Nice hotel but organization must...

Liked: Room, bar tenders and restaurant waiters.
Disliked: Receptionist girls not well trained. It’s not organized well if you want to ski the same day you leave. The ski locker closes at 12.00 so or you come back before 12.00, or you have to leave your stuff in the car and you will change your ski boots and equipment in the car. Not comfortable. Also on the arrivals parking and baggage pick up it’s not organized properly.
