Dissapointing

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: It was my son 10th birthday , asked them to arrange little surprize . Someone called on the same day to ask about our arriving time, but arranged nothing for him. You guys could right any note or small card , but it was nothing . Very dissapointing service . Very bad breakfastVariety aswell.

Not great

Liked: The room was ok.
Disliked: - 1 packet of English breakfast tea in the room. Two people were staying there.- An empty flask of water, which said 'complimentary' on the bottle. !- It was very icy but no attempt to grit the slope to and from the hotel had been made, and when this was brought up with the reception staff, no comment was made at all.- There was no bus into the centre of town, so the only way in was up the icy slope back to the metro station. This was treacherous and would have been impossible for an older person with luggage.
