Disliked: They never return me money, that been hold on reception like a “deposit” and i can’t reach to someone from the hotel who can explain me something. My bank asks for RNN code to check if the money was returned, but i can’t get it anyhow from the Hotel. Looks like a scam. I cant believe that i need to run and search for my money…

Wonderful stay at a great...

Liked: The hotel itself was terrific. The personnel was very helpful (not only did we get a free upgrade to a higher-tier room type, but also our friend, who had missed her flight, got a room late at night without any difficulty!) and was always happy to help and chat (the lady from Brazil was just incredible (I apologize for not remembering your name, but you will probably know its you when you read this :D ) - you made our stays, really! The hotel should be proud of you working with them, because you made the experience great for us). Also, keep practicing your Polish, you're great at it!The amenities were fine, although some of them were out of order (possibly due to low-season and maintenance kicking in). The rooms were spacious, very convenient, comfortable and one of the best we have stayed ever (including during our 8 stays in Nice over the past few years)! And the sea view from the balcony - wonderful!Breakfasts - were strong, solid continental breakfasts. Nothing very fancy, but in general tasty, a lot of options to choose from (scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, beans, bacon + a multidue of cold foods - all very good!).All in all, we will definitely stay here in the future :)
Disliked: Just some small things:- no teaspoons could be located in the restaurant during breakfast - ever; they would have been very nice to use in certain cases ;)- distance to the city center - we had to walk 4,5 km every time we wanted to get there. I KNOW - we could use the tram or Uber (and we did, sometimes), and if we walked - we actually wanted to walk. So this is not something the hotel can do anything about, and this does not decrease the satisfaction of our stay - doing 15km per day on foot is something we actually like, but probably not everyone will, so just please note this distance. The upside is - the hotel is closer to the airport than to the city center :DAnother downside, if you like leaving your window open - it gets loud. The planes are taking off every 2 minutes, and they fly 700-900 m from the hotel, so they are really audible if you want to use your balcony for relaxation. We got used to that from the bat, but not everyone can, so just a friendly reminder - bring your earplugs with you if you want to sleep with your window open or get used to the constant rumble of the planes' engines and cars down the street.
