Top notch service

Liked: This is the 5th time we are staying at this Radisson and once again, we are really satisfied. The service is consistently top notch, the staff is always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We will be back!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, I booked one night and kept adding each morning and always met with a smile.Must mention the bartender- lovely guy and always smiling

Excellent stay

Liked: Very modern and a nice pool. Location is out of the downtown however the trolly gets you in and out wonderful. Taxis are difficult to find. Staff was wonderful. Parking was awesome underneath
Disliked: You have to pay for parking

Liked: The staff was very helpful and met our expectations staying at Radisson Blu. Thank you!
Disliked: Air conditioning kept the room temperature too high. The staff recommended to open the windows for a while, because the temperature is kept uniform among all rooms. Opening the windows helped for 5 minutes, later it was hot again! The windows are not enough soundproof. The phone was not properly cleaned. The interior status is not up to the usual Radisson standards. Damaged skirting boards status and stains on the walls.
