Liked: Their staff was very professional and the customer service was excellent. Made sure we were taken care of after waiting a while for our room. Amenities were good and the location was very close to a train station. This is exactly the kind of customer service/resolution that other hotels should definitely strive for.
Disliked: Better coffee machines in the room would've made it an much for excellent stay especially in Italy. Instant coffee ain't it

Relaxing citybreak

Liked: Excellent facilities. Great bed and bedding. Good pillow & down duvet (with normal duvet cove, not just sheet). Our room upgraded and we got spacious room with nice view over the city. Private parking hall for car.
Disliked: Location was a bit distance from downtown, but hotel ordered taxi and it take about 15 min to the city.
