Excellent hotel with some minor...

Liked: Room big enough for two guests with almost every single item one can need. Excellent bathroom - spacious, modern, clean and bright. Big bath towels, ear sticks, shower cap, hairdryer, etc.
Disliked: Unlike some hotels of the same stars-level, there were no soap (especially useful for people with allergies) but only hand and shower wash liquid, neither toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Disliked: Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit equal to the cost of the room, which I was not informed about beforehand. I had stayed at this hotel twice before, and everything was wonderful – it was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room had everything needed for comfort. However, this time, the room lacked shower gel, shampoo, and even slippers. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me these amenities were only provided in upgraded rooms, and standard rooms do not offer them, although previously I had booked an identical standard room and everything was provided. This is quite strange. Also, guests should be informed about the deposit policy, but this was not mentioned anywhere.
