Nice hotel, but not the...

Liked: View was beautiful. We stayed on the 38th floor and could see the entire city.
Disliked: We requested a baby bed when we booked, but after we had already checked into our room we called to see when they were bringing the baby bed. We were then informed that we would need to upgrade our room for a baby bed.

Disliked: Rooms are destroyed, windows very dirty. Too many things were destroyed/dirty to make photos, movie has been delivered to the manager of the object.

Hospitable staff!Awesome view!Perfect location!

Liked: The location is perfect that can easily take bus to old town or train to the next travel stop.And the view is definitely awesome!!!I have to say one of the receptionist called Michel(if I recall correctly) is professional and hospitable.Knowing we didn't be well introduced,he gave us map and suggested the spot we can go,and also recommended some restaurants with authentic cuisine to us.Thanks to him,we have memorable experience.
