Disliked: My room AC was set at 26.5 degrees and was broken. The staff, after several attempts, came to my room and advised that it was broken and that its centrally controlled. Being a high rise, there were no windows that could be opened. It was unbearable and I was unable to sleep. There was no offer to change rooms. My colleague, whose room I booked, was given a room that was already occupied and he had an a very uncomfortable situation in walking into a room with someone else lying on the bed.

Locely hotel with great view.

Liked: We wanted a nice hotel near the train station and it was exactly that. It gas a big Westfield mall adjacent to it and really good transportation access. Rooms are all above the 32nd floor with great view of the whole city. Breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: Not very close to the old part of the city if you are looking for a hotel there but really good transportation access to get there.

Liked: Overnight Friday to Saturday stay: party with concert in the facility, stopped at midnight.I called the front desk- no effect on the loud band playing.
