Great location…they need to work...

Liked: Close to the train station and friendly staff.
Disliked: They mainly do online check out, which is fine, except when their systems are backing up. I tried to check out when I was leaving and they said I could not as the system was down. We finally agreed on how they would do it when I left, however they have to figure this one out. They cannot hold guests hostages waiting for their systems…especially when they have a train or plane to catch.

Liked: Quiet location away from the crowds but walking distance to the train station and old city sights. Breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices. It was nice to be able to have a fried egg option rather than the scrambled eggs we have had in most other hotels on this trip.

Perfect getaway in Lucern

Liked: Location was excellent. Upon arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a lake view room. The staff were exceptionally helpful

Disliked: I’d rather that the room price for Sheraton be more luxury decorative .
