Truly special

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There was a special ambiance!Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything a traveler would need to rest and feel at home.

Good and I would come...

Liked: Service was great and comfy
Disliked: USBs next to bed did not work and a shower head leak

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Liked: The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the room was fine despite being so close to the station. We had a very quiet night's sleep. I also left behind some clothes and the staff were extremely helpful in getting it back to me.
Disliked: Just one thing which has to me mentioned. The duvet on the bed only covered the size of the bed itself. Therefore, if you are over 1.85m (like I am) your feet will stick out over the bed. If you're sharing a bed with someone it won't be enough. Just a small point but worth mentioning in the hop that management will take this into consideration.

Disliked: Room was very cold , with no adequate heating.No view.No proper bar, dinning or mini bar.
