Liked: Stains everywhere! Extremely dirty room. Staff was nice but a bit robotic in the way they spoke but no complains there. The hotel is really well situated but the old hotel rooms doesn’t merit this price tag.

Highly disappointed with Room 4124

Liked: I arrived at 10.30pm after a long day in the office and drive from London. The receptionist was great but shocked that I had to pay £25.00 for parking my car overnight. I was advised that the restaurant was closing at 11pm but there was 24 hour room serving I got to my room and called straight away to order food as I had to leave the hotel the following morning before 6am only to be told that there was a backlog of 10 orders and a delay of 1 and 1/2 hours. A second shock and disappointment. The room was clean but I had a disabled showroom which wasn't a problem but the tiles had yellow stains in the grout and the shower head had limescale.I spoke to the reception in the morning who apologised and gave me a coffee. I was in no mood to complain at that time in the morning.
