Exceptional stay! Would definitely stay...

Liked: Lovely clean hotel with lots of little free amenities that was great! Shopping centre just across the road so great location. Staff where all very friendly and breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice.
Disliked: The only thing I would say was disappointing was the meal at dinner. Although prices where ok there wasnt a great menu and I found the food pretty bland and dry (salmon). My husband got a more simple chips and burger, his chips where very hard and a small burger. I don’t like spicy and most things on the menu where some sort of spice.

Liked: We loved the great selection at breakfast time and the room was lovely and warm and comfortable. Earlier in the year i also it very handy and accomodating , while getting cancer treatment in hospital.

Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel I was charged a different price than I was quoted when booking and the staff member was happy to argue with me about it. The room was freezing and we asked for the heating to be switched on and we were offered a heater and told the heating will be switched on at 5 o clock not something you would expect in the middle of winter. All the radiators in the hallway were switched off the entire time we were there. When we went to the restaurant we were served frozen food. I travel around hotels and this has been the worst I have ever stayed in I won't be recommending it anytime soon

Disliked: The only issue is I wish they would change up the menu, it’s been the same for a long time
