When I booked the hotel I was booking blind - I was looking for an ideal location for the arena as well as somewhere convenient for the evening and close to the centre for shopping. When we arrived just from the location, the fact that we didn't have to walk miles with suitcases from the car park, even not having to walk outside was a bonus. The staff were fab, as we had arrived early we had a choice of rooms to choose from which was great, and when we walked into the room, I was blown away by the size, decor, cleanliness and style of the room. It was more than we expected. I was a little doubtful of paying for the breakfast but so glad that we did. Again food and service second to none, food freshly prepared to order. I honestly couldn't find a negative, and will definitely go back.

Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, as a free upgrade - how lovely! Everything was wonderful! Slept like a log on one of the comfiest beds ever ( I want one!). Parking is nearby, all shops within walking distance. Staff at reception were very helpful, breakfast was plentiful. No complaints!

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Nothing bad to say, except breakfast is a rip off £15. Wetherspoons round the corner - get 2 for a tenner with coffee.

Disliked: Check in staff rude American girl was very bossy and rude.Today i googled breakfast prives 13 pounds a head and a site was doing 2 for £24.95.I asked for a price in tge restaurant was told £20.95 per head.Made no sense.Was told it was cheaper on check in.The same woman confirmed no price match and no reductions for residents.Restaurant was quite empty.Food being binned rather than sold.We went elsewhere.

Stay in Leeds

Liked: The facilities provided, e.g. coffee machine.
Disliked: Requested twin beds and referred to it in several messages, however my husband and his friend ended up with a double bed. So the initial reply received advising it is not always possible to accommodate all requests seemed unhelpful as he said they were only zipped together, so presumably it would have just meant extra bedding required and not actual separate beds, which we are sure would have been available.
