Liked: Near museum we wanted to visit.Good breakfastVery friendly waitperson at the bar.
Disliked: Paid for a family room and they tried to fob us off with a small standard room with an extra bed crammed into it. We spotted this as my sister and here family booked the same size room and got one with ample space. We had to complain and get a room that was used as a massage parlor. Yes really, recently vacate! We had to make up the extra sofa bed with aid of the front desk clerk. He did know much about making beds but he was helpful. I blame the management for trying to trick us with a room much smaller than we had ordered. Not at all impressed by that. Fortunately the evening staff helped us out. Never got any apology from the management.

Liked: The personal was really kind and helpful.
Disliked: The services provided in the bedroom weren't the best; what happened with the mini bar? And any. chocolate or something to eat at the arrival? I expected more for a 4 start hotel

A great location in Silkeborg

Liked: Great location in a wonderful building
Disliked: Maybe it was just our room, but there seemed to be a good bit of background noise especially at night (buzzing, tapping, humming).

Comfortable hotel, good breakfast very...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, good variety.Extremely central position with walking distance to town, the lakes, shopping and transport.
Disliked: We stayed at the hotel twice, first 4 days then we returned for a further 3 days.The bed was more comfortable at our first stay.However larger pillows would very beneficial.
