Liked: The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries, with plenty of healthy options available. The sauna was a pleasant feature. Additionally, the toiletry products provided, such as shampoo, were of good quality. Bathrobes were not provided in the room, but they, along with slippers, could be requested from the reception.
Disliked: my only slight complaint the drinks at the bar could be slightly better.

Disliked: I stayed there when there is no Exhibition, low season meams unbelievable low Service for this Hotel! Disappoint with the Brand Radisson Blu! Hotel has no Porter Service, No good Food in Restaurant! you should tell your Guests about this low season low service!
