Good hotel. Staff could be...

Liked: Good room, comfortable beds and good bathroom. Quiet. WiFi is good. Location close to city center.
Disliked: Front staff extremely passive aggressive. A promised parking reduction was not given and the staff member admitted they were wrong but was threatening and speaking down. Internal errors should not be taken out on a client asking for the promise to be honored. Small issue very poorly handled by one staff member destroyed our otherwise very positive appreciation of the hotel. Bad training or poor execution.

As good as always but...

Liked: Radisson Is well located in Hamburg. Almost everything is in walking distance. You always know what you get.
Disliked: This time we had a room with the view of the train station. As my husband always needs an open window at night due to his cluster headaches, we had a really short night since we heard the speaker sound of the incoming trains and heard very train leave. It was very noisy. We checked in late and had to leave quickly after, so we didn’t realize in advance. Only came back at night and woke up at 5am. So next time I’d ask for the view on planten and blomen again.

Great location, amazing view!

Liked: The location is perfect, just beside Planten un Blomen (beautiful park) and to a train station so it is very easy to move around. It is easy to reach some touristic areas from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was always very helpful.
Disliked: I think the breakfast and the parking are very expensive. Although the breakfast buffet is really good and wiith a lot of variety, the price is very high. Something similar with the parking, the only advantage to be a guest at the hotel is a 4 eur discount on the daily tarif, but if you use it for spare hours or for longer periods (for example one week) there is no discount.
