Wonderful stay; staff very welcoming; facilities top class and would stay again.

Unhelpful management

Liked: Lovely hotel but unhelpful staff. I ordered the celebration package to be in our room on arrival and had email the hotel specifically about this and was assured it would be in place for check-in. This was a surprise for a special occlusion. We arrived to find petals on the bed but no fizz or chocolates. I had to go to reception on two occasions over the space of an hour and response was very unhelpful. Particularly from the duty manager. Ended up cancelling and requesting a refund. Pity as otherwise would have had no complaints
