Central hotel with good facilities.

Liked: Great location on High Street.Room was large with all the facilities you would expect. Bed was quite comfortable.Buffet breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Noise from the bar opposite the hotel until the early hours of the morning (4 a.m.) stopped us having a good night's sleep. We were exhausted the following day, when we had several walking tours booked.

Liked: The location to the old town and all the attractionsThe bed was so comfortable and the pillow menu was perfect. Was able to check in early and park the car at the hotel

Liked: Great welcome from Zoe at front desk.All staff were incredibly friendly and professional.South African rugby team were in town so a great buzz around the hotel

Disliked: Staff friendliness, took my grandma for her 80th, told the properly number out times, room was supposed to be decorated. It wasn’t, told the staff, they offered me to pay to stay another night.

Disliked: The vegan options for breakfast are quite limited and no oat milk.
