Liked: Great location very clean helpful staff super comfortable beds beautiful big rooms
Disliked: We didn’t get to sleep until 4am as our room was on the front of the building and their is a nightclub and pubs opposite. Despite all windows closed it was so loud it felt like it was in the room ! We had a 5 hr drive early start so not much rest al all .

Liked: Location was superb and in general the facilities.
Disliked: When we arrived there seemed to be lots of staff around in the lobby but it took a while for anyone to get around to serving us / checking us in (2 couples for 2 pre-booked rooms). My fiancée’s parent’s room next door to ours had a kettle that didn’t work and the hand wash dispenser was empty / not working.In addition, the bar manager (female, she gave the impression she was in charge) in the evening was quite rude and abrupt when we were ordering drinks.
