Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Liked: The shower pressure was so low that it was ridiculous.Firstly, when I entered through the reception door, the guy didn't even let me take a few more steps towards him, and as I'm walking in, he said aloud, "Are you checking in. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Nice enough hotel let down...

Liked: Dined in the bar as the restaurant was full which was acceptable - Chicken Tikka Masala was godd ish - I didnt have breakfast as i was out early
Disliked: I arrived in reception to a queue of 7 people with only one person handling it so I went to the bar to wait. After 10 minutes the queue still appeared to have the same 7 people in it but there werer now 3 people working the desks so the que went down relatively quickly - but 15 minutes to check in is archaic .The bar couldnt take cards as the machine was not working. Eventually after being served I thought it was overpriced @ over £7 for a pint oif John Smiths gas poured bitter .

It was a good stay...

Liked: The facilities, the breakfast and the look of the room.
Disliked: The rook was so hot all night and it didn’t cool down even with the air con on.

Disliked: The food and drink prices are ridiculous. £5.65 for a soft drink and £21 for a mediocre burger is outrageous. Bar staff not overly polite.
