Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Disliked: Everything was just perfect the hotel is just amazing and there was swimming pool and gym n bar restaurant there so really it got everything there

Liked: Great bright and welcoming hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. The room was excellent. As a single visitor I felt safe and happy there.
Disliked: I paid for a taxi to take me to the hotel from the airport. The taxi firm told me after I had paid that there was a telephone in the airport I could have used to call for the shuttle bus. Would be great to know that on email if possible to save the £15.80 for a 2 min taxi ride
