Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Disliked: The mattress - in dire need of replacement. Mentioned this at check out but doubt anything will be done about it.

Liked: Friendly check-in staff, and very fast which makes a nice change from some international hotels I've stayed in recently. Secure car park for my car & motorbike (on trailer) very welcome
Disliked: A/C and/or heating system in the room quite noisy, and better selection of tea/coffee in-room would be nice
