Can't wait to stay again!

Liked: Lisa on Reception was brilliant and so helpful. The room was great and the food wonderful. Waiting staff were really good and plenty of choice .
Disliked: No signage to the hotel so this would make it easier to locate

Liked: lovely room, very clean, whole hotel clean, all the staff we had contact with were lovely, very attractive lounge and decor
Disliked: mattress could have been softer. could have had USP ports to charge phones next to beds

Disliked: Very basic; facilities on ground floor are very municipal - like public facilities or a school. Hotel is ludicrously expensive for the standard of the facilities.

Excellent stay at this hotel

Liked: We stayed for one night and wished it had been longer! Loved the spacious rooms. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast is expensive so went out instead
