Hotel without communication....

Liked: location and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Extremely poor service and communication from reception staff. No welcome and little information regarding facilities. Told restaurant was full for the evening which was not the case.

Poor, too hot

Liked: Nothing in end
Disliked: I had no water, no air con, double bed was not a double it had a crater in between two singles. We had a doubleSheet causing issues. Couldn’t sleep due to fire alarm going off. Room was far too hot. On check out I was asked was everything ok!? Explained and lady said sorry apologies

A no surprises stay in...

Liked: Easy access to parking, in a central location
Disliked: There is an option for A la carte breakfast but find a staff member to order is not easy. The bread and pastry section is not readily apparent and there is no one to ask.
