A relaxed stay with a...

Liked: Very friendly welcome on arrival and this continued throughout our stay. All the team were engaged and wanted to help make our trip as enjoyable as possible.

Liked: I can't fault the staff, all were friendly and helpful and working efficiently.We had a couple of requests (extra blanket, softer pillows) which were quickly accommodated. Staff were also very attentive in the restaurant during dinner.There was a little Easter egg for my daughter in the room, which was a lovely touch.The room was very comfortable, the windows also seem to stop quite a bit of the noise; it was the best sleep we had in a hotel so far (we don't sleep that great away from home so that's saying something).I personally really enjoyed the selection of teas in the room, while my daughter loved the water and ice station that's located on each floor.Breakfast was fantastic! I almost wanted to sample one of each of their offerings but I can't eat that much. And the staff worked tirelessly at replenishing the buffet as needed.
Disliked: Needs more plugs next to the bed, there is only one available and the dinner menu could do with a little bit more variety.

Lovely hotel - just one...

Liked: Location was good, with easy access to the city centre. Our room was comfortable and, very importantly, had two chairs, so that one of us didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. On site parking was a bonus.
Disliked: Food generally was expensive, and we didn't eat at the hotel as there were so many other options quite close by. Please reduce the cost of breakfast, especially!

Liked: The room was spacious and over looked the river. The pool area was nice. Easy walk into town and train station. Would stay again
Disliked: There were no veggie sauages for breakfast!
