Perfect location, comfy beds and...

Liked: I liked the idea of mini shop downstairs and bar staff was very nice. Especially bartender Morteza Tajik looked after me and other couple very well, serving his speciality cocktails, chatting with us at the same time as serving others. I liked his customer orientated service, listening and acting with an empathy. There was also a member of bar staff (girl who moved from Manchester) and I think bar manager were chatty and very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was good however for 4 stars I would expect piping hot eggs until the latest breakfast is served. Also, there was no slippers (luckily one member of staff delivered them for me) which I think it should be as a standard in 4 stars hotel, sink was blocked when I arrived, which also should be checked before I arrived. Lovely girl(do not remember name but she checked me in) fixed this issue for me very quickly. Also one of the towels had a hole and looked overused.
