Liked: Got upgraded to the top floor with balcony as hotel was quiet - amazing views Great coffee machine with plenty of pods Robes and slippers were a lovely touch Super comfy bed and beautiful high ceilings

Liked: Good location and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was dated, no dressing table, lack of plug sockets. Was a suite but poky upstairs room not used. Coffee machine hard to use and wasn't nice, not much tea or milk. Stain on shelf under tv Disappointed as advertised as suite.

Central location, okay rooms

Liked: Good central location, clean room, very comfy bed
Disliked: Room was quite dated, no view- faced a flat roof and other rooms so not much natural light, no plug sockets near the bed, mugs, coffee and milk pods not replaced

Recent business visit to Bristol

Liked: It is conveniently located near the center of Bristol and has friendly staff. It is suitable for a business visit for a night or two.
Disliked: Small rooms, difficulty parking, sparse lighting, and small elevators. The awkward arrangement of the chair makes TV viewing difficult. I genuinely struggled with parking, and local car parks are expensive!
