Great location, friendly staff, cosy...

Liked: The staff were friendly and always available to help. The location of the hotel as superb, right by the old town, cathedral and theatres. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well.
Disliked: The rooms were quite dated and many of the units were marked. There was water damage in the bathroom too. The cost of the room was high, costly add ons for brining a small dog and for parking the car seemed above average.

Fabulous theatre break

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff were exceptional, and the hotel was across the road from the theatre. The central location of the hotel is brilliant.
Disliked: The coffee machine at breakfast produced luke warm coffee, so it possibly needs updating. We didn't have any milk in our room, so we had to go and fetch some in the morning (not the worst thing in the world).
