Worst hotel stay in Bristol...

Liked: Dirty room dirty sheet stained and duvet cover so we bought our own, no fridge, stained badly case wrack, £20 a night parking in their own car park ? no working sink, plug thick dust around the bed from one side to the other they put two single beds in for us so they would have seen the mess this should have been an opportunity to clean it but choose not to , thick dust on the shower tiles one wall was very bad and you could see the dust flying around in the light when you shut the bathroom door , only two small bottles of water on the first night none after that, the breakfast was disgusting and cold no fried eggs just scrambled and nobody to ask about anything the toaster was just like ones we have at home took ages and didn't toast them very good , coffee machine only filled the mugs half way up and was only luke warm , because there was no fridge I had nowhere to keep eye medication , towel rail came off the wall when my son took a towel off it and there is not a single shelf to put your stuff on in the bathroom on a very small corner one enough for a large and small bottle everything else had to be put on the floor

Liked: Location. Public areas smart. Food prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Check in not great. Room a bit tired. Breakfast poor. Seemed to be understaffed.

Disliked: The suite I paid for was filthy. Dirt, dust and very worn everywhere. Along with broken items.I have stayed in cleaner hostels. Disgraceful for a Radisson Blu and especially as it was a suite

Great location for a night...

Liked: The location is great. The view is also great.
Disliked: Some bits were tatty. There was a large chunk out of the wardrobe door, some paint missing in the skirting board and the net curtains were a bit tired.

Very disappointing for the money...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Bedding was good. Location great for Hippodrome.
Disliked: Lighting in bedroom terrible. No socket for hair drier near the mirror on the wall and no mirror over the table. Coffee and tea making tray that had to be moved to make a drink from awkward recess in cupboard unit. Bathroom tatty in places especially replacement sealant around the bath that looked as though a blindfolded man with both hands tied behind his back had done it. Hair in the sink when we arrived.At breakfast the coffee from the machine was barely warm. When informing a member of staff about it, we were told the machine had been like that for a couple of days!!!
