Liked: Location great
Disliked: Room was a little tired. Interconnecting rooms, the doors weren't locked!!!! Just a chair to stop us opening! We didn't request an interconnected room!

Never again..

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: One of the worst hotels I've stayed in..Although staff were polite and friendly the hotel was abysmal..wifi was so poor in the room I had to wait until I got home to add a review!  Rooms are outdated and there is grime and dirt throughout which is such a shame as hotel is in a good location for theatre and a 15 minute walk to shops. Although rooms are big and spacious there are no plugs near the bed, no USB ports at all in the room and no plug sockets near a mirror for drying hair. Also for the ladies the lighting in the bathroom is equivelant to standing in an dark room with a match lit! Blackout curtains a waste of time as they end at least a foot from the floor so light floods in anyway! No bedding change throughout our 4 day stay and dirty towels just folded and put back on towel rail. The car park is underground and spaces are a very tight squeeze and with the entrance constantly blocked by cars parked across it made it unusable at certain times of the day. We were also asked to pay a £50 deposit for the fridge and when I asked why am I paying a deposit for an empty fridge they said it should have had drinks and confectionary in so be careful and check or you will be charged as they will assume you have ate and drank what  they thought was in there!. Overall this is no more than a 3star an that's being generous. I would not recommend staying here for the price it is as there are many boutique hotels in same area for better price.
