Top notch hotel with friendly...

Liked: A top notch hotel in the city centre of Bremen. Friendly staff, everything well maintained and clean. This also comes with a price because it isn't the cheapest hotel around but is was worth every cent and we would definitely come back.Tip! When travelling by car, park outside of the city at a P+R and travel to the city centre with public transport. It safes time, money and stress and the stop is only 150 meters away.
Disliked: The staff in the restaurant and bar was understaffed. The waiting for service was way too long, ordering took over 20 min., getting the drinks 30 minutes and paying another 20 minutes. Staff however was very friendly and felt really sorry and even ashamed for the waiting times.

very good stay

Liked: the location was fantastic, the breakfast buffet is extraordinary though a little expensive, the staff at breakfast was so kind and friendly
Disliked: the staff at reception was very rude and unkind, did some very stupid remarks, do not remember his name, but it is unfortunate, that they ruin customers stay
