Great location - shame the...

Liked: Great location and lovely rooms and bathroom products.Night staff member Chris was brilliant. He handled an alarm incident promptly and professionally on New Year’s Eve.
Disliked: Unfortunately the level 13 restaurant and bar were closed during my stay. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was to have I access to the facility and view, especially on New Year’s Eve.

Liked: Really nice view and rooftop bar, close to everything and very pleasant staff. Appropriate amount of amenities, tea and coffee in the room.
Disliked: The interior is a bit dated, but nothing that would influence the stay much.

Liked: Everything about the hotel is good, but the bed. We were in a standard double room, and the bed was really soft (which could be ok depending on your preferences), and more annoyingly I felt like I was falling because it was worse/less supportive on the edge. I'm 185cm/85kg. Maybe bad luck. Breakfast is brilliant, so is the staff.

Liked: The room was spacious with a great view over the harbour. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from our room, which was amazing. The location was great, too.
Disliked: There was no cupboard space that could accommodate four people. The cleaning staff didn't check the room every day, so we ran out of essentials, which we restocked by asking reception. We stayed over Christmas, which meant all of the restaurants were closed in town (we didn't know that before booking). The hotel provided baguettes and wraps as an alternative, but these were as expensive as taking 6 people out to dinner in Bodo, so it was quite overpriced.
