Might have been a nice...

Liked: Nice room, friendly staff at the desk, close to the center of Bergen
Disliked: Our train to Bergen was cancelled because of flooding, so we couldn’t get there until the next day. But the hotel refused to remove the first night from our bill. We were only there 3 nights, but they charged us for 4. How callous is that?
