Liked: Paid £50 deposit but they said there was nothing to pay back due to room service but my invoice for room service was £37 so I'm due £13

Average but good location

Liked: Location was good especially for the Theatre and shops and restaurant's. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Try not to have one of the rooms facing the ring road at the front. It was noisy during the night and was woken up several times during the night by sirens. The room was very warm and no air conditioning although in hindsight should of contacted the reception and reported it

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Rooms are large with good views - amazing value.Extremely clean. Extra amenities in the room such as refrigerator. Great location a couple of minutes walk from main station with stair free access door to door.
