Services not as advertised, room...

Liked: Good sized room, good gym on the top floor
Disliked: No coffee machine in the "premium" room despite one being advertised (it was just a kettle and some Nescafe sachets) and nowhere to get a decent hot drink until breakfast started at 06:30. The alarm clock (on the Smart TV) didn't go off despite confirming it had been set. It's close to New St Station but the surrounding streets are a bit grim. I was expecting a "city view" but my room was at the back of the hotel and so just had a view of the top of the next building and a busy street

Liked: Great location, nice helpful staff at reception
Disliked: The bathroom needs updating the sink in bathroom had cracks and holes in it, shower head had no pressure overall bathrooms look tired need updating, and more tv channels needed currently the choice is not good, and don’t like I was unable to go to the other floors with my key card!
