High quality, high value hotel.

Liked: Love this hotel - exceptional service and standard of room every single time. From time to time I try other hotels in Birmingham and always end up regretting it because they cannot compare with the Radisson for overall quality and value for money.

Lovely comfortable hotel, would stay...

Liked: The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the air con was efficient. We had a superior city view which was a lovely large room. Couldn't hear other rooms and the bonus of ear plugs to drown out the traffic from the street. The staff were incredibly helpful. Wish I could of stayed on the Saturday instead of the other awful hotel we booked!
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The carpet in the room was full of stains. The air conditioner sounded like a motorbike. It just not what you expect from a radisson blue. Parking was a hassle, especially when carry a lot of bags.

Liked: Really liked the temperature of the room and view. The bed was comfortable, and coffee making facilities were lovely in the morning (included hot chocolate). The reception area was very clean and bright. The staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom tap water burnt my hand because the red and blue icons are opposite (blue was hot and red was cold). The bathroom looked very dated overall and the room too. The shower handles are lower down, so my hair was soaked when I didn't want it to be. There was no extractor fan, so after a shower, the bathroom would stay very humid and hot throughout the day. Additionally, the light was yellow, so it made the bathroom look old. I have stayed at Radisson Hotels before, so in comparison to those, this one was very underwhelming. There was a burnt iron mark in the carpet and marks on the wall behind the curtain which I wasn't expecting
