Promised so much but didn’t...

Liked: Great location and decor and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Shower pressure like a leaking tap, twin bed and paying for parking where the site says parking is free from Friday to Sunday/

Superb

Liked: Nice spacious hotel in a good location for exploring the city. Only had breakfast and this was very good. The hotel manager was also on duty and very visible making sure guests were looked after.

Liked: The hotel was 10 mins walk to the centre. Very quiet location. Everything was spotless. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Had dinner at the hotel the food was really good. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting Belfast

Disliked: They advertised on the partner's website, booking.com that parking is free on weekends, but it was a lie. The free parking offer was why I booked the hotel, but only to get there and be told parking isn't free. Sad.
