Liked: First time staying and superb.Tried to book for June but pricing had doubled which was disappointing.But would definitely stay again.
Disliked: This occasion was perfect …. Trying to return but cost doubled was surprise.

Never staying again

Liked: The room wasn’t clean, didn’t have a TV remote, phone was unplugged and not working, the window view was of a rusty balcony - and YOU HAVE TOPAY FOR HOTEL PARKING. What a joke.

Liked: Friendliness and helpfulness of ALL staff, from reception to waiting, bar and cleaning staff. Also setting and outlook of hotel was very pleasant and conveniently placed for sightseeing

Liked: Loved the atmosphere, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful hotel overall.
Disliked: My husband didn't like the Guinness it smelled and tasted awful. It stank to be honest. It was very disappointing considering the price of it.

Liked: Staff (Amanda) were exceptionally helpful including making two bookings for us. Only point is that the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from city centre. But that did not inconvenience us.

Liked: Have to pay for a parking Late check-ins ,check-in time is clearly at 3pm. My friends checked in 4.20 pm .....half of the day, and we only had one night stay.it was my bday, no drink or anything extra was offered, as a 4 star hotel very bad experience from that perspective one of the receptionist wasn't the most polite....
