Disliked: Extractor fan was extremely loud, and would come on randomly, also multiple noisy hotel guests, although the hotel is not directly responsible for the noise the hotel was very sparsly populated and i would have been better not allocated a hotel room in direct proximity to 3 other hotel guests who happen to be very noise through the night.

Liked: Staff were excellent,Room was great ,food in the restaurant was very good,we only stayed one night but it’s somewhere I could spend more time great for the family will definitely come again

Great hotel with excellent staff.

Liked: The hotel was spacious and very clean. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.

Disappointing as it was meant...

Disliked: The buffet breakfast was at best lukewarm. After the first morning my wife just had porridge as she was so disappointedThis was the first and probably the last time at the Radisson

Liked: I was greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival as it was Mothers Day weekend. A lovely touch

Liked: A nice enough hotel but we found our room very hot with no way of controlling the heating. On the plus side it looks like much of the hotel has been recently renovated and the breakfast was very good with all dishes cooked to order
