Liked: The staff were friendly. I ordered two beds for the room. They did not have this available so they gave us two rooms for the same price. Amazing!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great staff and location. The room was reasonably clean though one twin had marks on the sheet before use. The beds were really comfortable though.We couldn't get the shower to warm up past lukewarm which was disappointing.

Beds were awful - staff...

Liked: Hotel was lovely, however the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. The worst three nights sleep I’ve had. The bathroom had no ventilation and was very hot, and the air con was loud the first night and then broke the second night, the heat was unbearable as we couldn’t turn off the towel rail in the bathroom. The staff were very nice, and the facilities were very clean.

Wouldn't recommend

Liked: Stayed in February for one night and overcharged me for the stay ( not the price advertised on Booking.com). Endless emails and phone calls and still no refund, even though it is on their system and they can see I paid too much. The hotel itself is dated and noisy. Only stayed because of its proximity to the Natural History museum. Wouldn't recommend and won't certainly never stay here again. It gives Radisson blu a really bad name, as they are usually ver nice hotels.
