Great hotel. Super comfy mattress and pillow. Easy to adjust room temperature. Very clean.
Liked: The beds were so comfy; pillows were just right. Room temperature was easily adjustable. Bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: Why was the wardrobe in the bathroom?

We booked The Radisson Blu Edwardian thinking it was close to the Abba Arena, due to it being listed on your website. Although the hotel was very good it cost us £25 to get to the Arena by taxi. On booking we thought we would be in walking distance. Apart from disorganisation at breakfast time we enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Most staff were excellent. The hotel was so clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing because of the lack of obvious leadership. The staff were trying hard under pressure. One member of staff ignored us whilst he was on his phone for a considerable time.

Liked: The property is fantastic as usual. And they are continuously doing necessary work to keep hotel updated and modern.
Disliked: However I didn’t like the shower pressure and the size of the shower of my room. The shower was attached with the bath and congested.

Fab location, lovely room, great...
Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for the o2 Arena, the hotel overlooks the arena. Hotel is well appointed, reception smells divine when you walk in. We were atended to by Sahib on the Front Desk who was fantastic, we saw him a few times during our stay, he was attentive, courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It really makes a difference when you have a nice customer service experience.
Disliked: We went for breakfast about 10-15 minutes before it closed and the gentleman attending us made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, he was grumpy, abrupt and reluctant to get us a coffee or offer us anything from the menu - id have loved to order an omelette but wasn't brave enough to ask him! Such a shame as this was genuinely the only gripe I have from an otherwise fantastic experience.

A good hotel, well located...
Liked: Room sizes are good. It is almost equal to Asian 5 star hotel standards in providing more amenities than one would find in typical European hotels. The breakfast is a hot English breakfast and the spread is fairly good. The Jubilee line is a 20 minute walk. The view from the restaurant is great.
