Great hotel. Super comfy mattress and pillow. Easy to adjust room temperature. Very clean.
Liked: The beds were so comfy; pillows were just right. Room temperature was easily adjustable. Bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: Why was the wardrobe in the bathroom?

We booked The Radisson Blu Edwardian thinking it was close to the Abba Arena, due to it being listed on your website. Although the hotel was very good it cost us £25 to get to the Arena by taxi. On booking we thought we would be in walking distance. Apart from disorganisation at breakfast time we enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Most staff were excellent. The hotel was so clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing because of the lack of obvious leadership. The staff were trying hard under pressure. One member of staff ignored us whilst he was on his phone for a considerable time.

OK for some basics, don't...
Liked: SCORE CHANGED from 8 to 5 because of service in the “aftermath” of what should be a minor problem for a Radisson Blu hotel (see below).Breakfast in the morning is very good, with some healthy details (flaxseeds, chia seeds, oats, dried cranberries, etc.).Bed is comfortable.Presence of sauna and steam room. Nice rest room with heated stone seats.
Disliked: Air conditioning does not work well (room 503): it was 24°C. I set it to 18°C, and it became 22°C (seems older air conditioning system).Sauna and steam room in the evening was a mess : sauna room full of water on the floor, with several wet towels on the floor .... . No staff to be seen. Gives a strange impression for a 4-star hotel.I forgot a valuable item in the hotel. After contacting the hotel several times (by mail and by phone) no response was given ... . That's quite something for a 4-star Radisson Blu ... . Through a more general service desk of Radisson it turned out that my item was found after all ! I asked to return it at my expense. The answer of Radisson Blu Canary Wharf East, after 15 (!) days : “you can come and pickup here at our reception” ... As one of the larger business hotel chains, you have to have guts to dare write that ... .In summary : ok for some basics, don't expect the service of a renowned hotel chain.

Good value stay for the...
Liked: Decent location, bed was comfortable. Staff were good and the restaurant is lovely (limited menu, not good for allergies) with a fantastic view.
Disliked: Only one side of the bed had a plug, which wasn't helpful. There was also a weird smell in the room.

Great hotel on riverside
Liked: Room and facilities generally very good, staff excellent, location of hotel good but not easy to get to without taxi etc.
Disliked: Bar seating could have been betterRoom bathroom design was awkward as shower door prevented use of floor towel.Would have been good to have mobile phone sockets on both sides of the bed
