It was ok . Ideal...
Liked: Breakfast was good ,although we arrived at 10:05 and somethings had run out as they finish at 10:30. Very basic “dining room”, ok for breakfast but I would not want to eat there in the evening, very airport lounge type vibe .
Disliked: No fridge in room. No milk for the tea and coffee supplied. Shower was rubbish

SOHO is an armpit.
Liked: The room was large
Disliked: The mattress was saggy and the street noise made it difficult to sleep. Southwark is a short walk away and offers a better value for the same or better amenities. Camden hotels are not worth the cost.

Nice location, avoid the 1st...
Liked: The location is great, the hotel is well equipped has a reasonable gym, a nice restaurant and bar and friendly staff.
Disliked: Our room was disappointingly small and in addition the rooms on the first floor are ceiling touching low. There is one small window to nowhere and a small (double) bed. The value for money ratio even in London is simply sad.

A very comfortable stay that...
Liked: Nice ambiance fragrance when you step into the hotel. Staff was helpful. Room was decent size and clean. Toilet amenities were well provided. While there was no mini fridge in the room, the staff offered me a potable small fridge which was handy for my medicine. Location is really good as it walking distance from both Leicester Square and Covent Garden stations., making travel to places very convenient. Food options are superb, spoilt for choice. There is a theater just right across the hotel which offered superb theatre performance.
Disliked: Room rates is only the higher side but considering the location, the price is on par with the rest of hotels in the vicinity.
