Really nice hotel in a...

Liked: Brilliant location for Soho, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road. Set in the Seven Dials neighbourhood there is a really calm feeling to the area and the hotel sits right on the junction of the 7 roads so every outing has a new dimension. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed (including bathrobes!)...
Disliked: Coffee machine is all style over substance and no milk... Just a bit of a fail.

Liked: The food was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location was spot on for theatres, restaurants etc.
Disliked: The room had a downside as it was a bit compact. The wardrobe was small and sharing with the kettle etc. The Air Con was making ticking noises regularly while we were trying to sleep which was irritating.

Amazing location in the heart...

Liked: Outstanding location. Everything within easy reach. 10/10.Room was very comfortable. But otherwise very comfortable. We loved our view from our room. We looked forward to breakfast every day. 10/10.
Disliked: Staff not overly helpful. They were friendly and tried to assist if you engaged with them.Table in room was wobbly, and towel rack over the toilet was an odd location especially given the large bathroom size.

Wonderful hotel even better location

Liked: Incredible location, decor is very modern and clean
Disliked: Very warm in the hotel and rooms. Hot breakfast items weren’t that hot and quality hot and miss dependant on times
