Disliked: For the first time I was in a tiny room without bathtub and was staying for 5 nights (minuscule cupboard)

Disliked: Slippers missing in the room and some dirty parts

Nice hotel, service missing

Liked: The room we eventually got was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Servicing of the room was hit and miss.
Disliked: Check in was an awful process. Room was not ready at 4pm, then sent to a room that was not serviced. Finally offered an upgrade to a room that was ready. Pom on Sunday was not serviced until 5-30pm.

Liked: Professionally run hotel. Client made to feel as priority.

Disliked: The TV kept cutting out.The aircon system didn't work.It was a small compact room.For the price we paid dissatisfied with the room quality.

Fabulous stay and will be...

Liked: Amazing location on seven dials with easy access to tube. Corner suite was exceptional and bigger than expected and perfect for my family travelling with my 12 year old who slept on the sofa bed
Disliked: Block out curtains would be a bonus
