Whenever we are going to...

Liked: We travel to London for west end shows! The Radisson Blu Mercer St is an excellent location. We walk to Covent Gardens, the theatre and restaurants. We LOVE it! Breakfast is the best!

Excellent hotel in great location

A wonderful Birthday treat

Liked: location is perfect , with really good restaurants on the doorstep. large room , comfortable beds , friendly staff
Disliked: since I first stayed in August 2024 they have changed breakfast service and hot dishes are no longer cooked to order , but now included in self serve buffet

Overall a pleasant stay, would...

Liked: Generally good. Room was small but fairly well equipped with the exception on the tea making facility which was incomplete. Breakfast very good. Overall a pleasant stay

I like it and will...

Liked: I love the location and the beds are very comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom was very cold because it had windows (but then natural light is good) and the showers are not very well designed. Of course no convenient hooks in the bathroom but that is a worldwide hotel problem unspecific to this hotel.
