Service from staff was excellent....

Liked: Surprised we had to join a queuing system for breakfast and was not offered coffee whilst we waited at the bar area.
Disliked: Breakfast area was small, tight seating spaces. Central Food dispensers (bacon, eggs, sausages etc)were very high.

Liked: It was very clean and the spa was lovely had a fantastic massage
Disliked: No complaints was a very good all around stay

Liked: The location is great. The pool area is lovely and the atmosphere is fantastic.
Disliked: There is no car park so you have to park at the Grear Northern. It would be good to get a discount when staying at the hotel.

Disliked: I just wanted to mention that our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked this trip away to celebrate our news of expecting our first baby as it was a special occasion we wanted a lovely hotel as advertised however the cleanliness of the room lacked with the bedding being all marked and felt dirty also the bath appeared to have holes in. Which when taking a bath didn’t hold the water. the bed itself was uncomfortable and with me being pregnant a hard mattress wasn’t good, especially with the amount you pay for the room. A little disappointed all round unfortunately won’t be staying again.
