Liked: Very comfortable beds, duvet and pillows. Everything clean and working. Restaurant was expensive but great service.

Perfect for Heathrow flights

Liked: Customer service was exceptional. Plenty of parking.Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms.Grand communal areas - loved the chandeliers.Good value room cost.Great breakfast
Disliked: Bar food wasn't great for the cost.Drinks were steep, even for London.

Convenient for T5

Liked: The hotel decor and furnishings are a bit tired, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location close to T5. The Airport Hoppa is expensive compared to a service bus, but the Radisson Blu is the first stop from T5 so it's quick. Going back to the airport Uber was quicker and cheaper for 2 people.
Disliked: No bedside lights or dimmed lights, so not ideal if one person wants to sleep and the other read.

A very handy overnight when...

Liked: I liked the character of the Hotel. The staff were very helpful, in particular the concierge Jaoul Francisco who collected our luggage from the room. We enjoyed the steak and Lobster restaurant and the breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: My daughter and I stayed overnight, to travel on to our destination the following morning so we did not have time to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Beautiful hotel and the staff were welcoming.
Disliked: I would have preferred a shower cubicle instead of a bath with a shower attached, I find it difficult to step in and out of a bath, but i managed okay on this occasion.no real complaints.
