Run!

Liked: Good location, but the square in front is not well frequented at night. In the hotel we only found the view acceptable, the good quality of the pillows and sheets. Bed and bath linen always clean. The other staff were very cordial and always available to help. They lent equipment to weigh the bags.
Disliked: The hotel is not a five-star!!! They have remodeled the entrance, basement and first floor, but the remaining rooms are old and very decadent. We were in three rooms and ALL with the mattress deformed!! Signs of the entrance door having been broken into. Trash in the previous guest's room bin. Dirty carpet. Dirty sofa. Old furniture. Old headboard, with worn fabric and holes. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was empty. When we arrived our booking room was not ready!!!! Without any indication they placed us in a room that was not the one in the image of the reservation, nor similar. After our refusal the blonde lady with glasses at the reception, always very rude and brutal with the theme, only solved the matter after our insistence placed us in another supposedly superior room. And I still wanted to charge extra for this room. When we got to this room there were cobwebs on the wall. garbage in the bin. Dirty carpet and sofas. We slept on a mattress with two holes, one on each side, per person!!Normal breakfast, nothing special or exceptionalThis same blonde lady with glasses at the reception when we checked out did not help us with our bags, nor did she make herself available to call a taxi. And he even gave false information about closed streets.NONE OF THIS ACCEPTABLE !! MUCH LESS IN A FIVE-STAR HOTEL!

Liked: Location was great and nice view of london eye, Big Ben and Nelson’s Column.
Disliked: Room was tired with scuffs on walls marks on chairs an and cold water tap in the bath didn’t move

Liked: Great location, steps from Leicester square and the station, staff s friendly. Property needs serious rooms upgrade, miss match between lobby/ restaurant areas and the rooms.
Disliked: Poor room condition, needs serious renovation

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended.

Liked: Great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Special mention to the waitress Sonia who was especially attentive. We would stay again at this hotel.
Disliked: Coffee machine in the room didn't work properly.

Liked: Very central location with access to Leicester Square on your doorstep. Large, comfortable rooms. Very polite staff
Disliked: Despite soundproofing the windows, Leicester Square is noisy throughout the night with trucks delivering/ cleaning etc.
