Disliked: Furnishings tired and chipped in the room and hotel communal toilets were dirty. Dirty wet tissues on the floor in reception. Breakfast was more like a 3 star + hotel.

Liked: Super convenient location being walking distance to a lot of the main attractions, restaurants, theatres and bars, and close to the tube station for everything else.Staff were lovely. We stayed in a room overlooking Leicester Square which was great. Generously sized room, and comfortable beds.
Disliked: The rooms are in need of a bit of attention for what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, however we would still stay again!

Disliked: We put a Do Not Disturb sign but a cleaner still entered. We had to have the sheet changed as there was a brown stain on it. The breakfast choice was poor. Bar closed early at 11.00. We were offered a bottle as compensation but it was never forthcoming.
