Liked: Location was excellent. Beds comfortable. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit dated and could do with refurbish. No pool. Main restaurant food was lovely but very limited for family dinner as was Mexican/peruvian. They did have a kids menu but it took 1 hour for my son to get his dinner as it was 'different' from the main menu. Then why do they offer the kids menu if it is too difficult to provide?

If you want central London...

Liked: Great location. Decent size rooms. Easy to get to
Disliked: The room was pretty cold. We tried to turn heating up but little difference. Maintenance improved

Liked: Very comfortable bed, large room, good breakfast, efficient and friendly staff and we loved the Mexican and Peruvian food in the restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice stay , didn't blow...

Liked: Really liked the location of the hotel, right in the middle of Leicester Square which was super. The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower excellent. It was a special occasion and they put some extras in the room I had asked for and also gave us complimentary drinks at the bar, which was kind.
Disliked: The room was tired, a bit dated. The coffee/tea facilities were terrible, one sachet of milk between two and the coffee machine wasn't functioning as it should. It was too hot at night unfortunately. The TV is old and grainy and doesn't allow functionality to cast/use streaming services (which other Raddison Blu hotels in London) do. Our bar experience wasn't amazing, we waited 20 minutes after ordering our drinks, despite the fact that other guests were being served theirs after ordering ours. We found that odd!
