Have been before, great location...

Liked: Location, staff
Disliked: We always pick this hotel to stay in London but we noticed a slight decline. A large crack in the window which caused a draft. Wardrobe door unsteady. Room looked a bit tired However we will probably choose to stay there again.

Great location to stay for...

Liked: Great location to stay when seeing a show in the West End. Twin room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no milk or sugar in the room which was poor for a hotel of this rating. Everything else was good.
