Liked: This was disappointing for a Radisson hotel. Compared to Bristol or Liverpool, the room was small and no biscuits or espresso machine. The buffet breakfast was no better than a holiday inn - I had expected the wonderful selection I had seen in other Radisson hotels, the scrambled egg had a blueisg green tint which is a little off putting.

Disappointing.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Incompetent staff.- Prepaid my hotel before arrival to then have the full amount deducted from my bank account for a second time. - Told I had a quiet room to then be placed directly above the bar area. I could hear the noise whilst walking down the corridor towards my room. - hotel rooms need upgrading. Awful for a Radisson Blu.

Liked: Wonderful property. Very safe, clean, comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Great value.
