Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Everything is dated. Temperatures inside the room was extremely hot and the thermostat cannot be adjusted. The shower was terrible, water was spraying everywhere but on you. Nespresso machine wasn’t working.

Liked: Building site next door was very noisy from early in the day, shower door leaked so bathroom flooded when showering, toilet flush stuck so kept on flushing all the time. Bed really comfy, nice room otherwise in a fantastic location.

Liked: Loved location , what we didn’t like there was no night light near the bed and it was very warm in room even tho we did try and turn down the heating

Liked: Our stay at this hotel was one of the most wonderful experiences we have ever hadThe hotel's location was perfect, and we had access to all the city's most important landmarks.The room was the right size and had everything we needed, including a super comfortable bed and exceptional cleanliness.What made our experience even more wonderful was TRINGA, the receptionist.Upon our arrival at the hotel, our first encounter was with her and she not only provided us with everything we needed, but also made our stay even more wonderful and simpler. Her hospitality was top-notch and she made sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Thank you endlessly, Tringa. The rating for this hotel is 10/10.
