Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel with attentive and...

Liked: We booked as a group of friends to stay before a concert at the o2. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to get an early check in for 3 out of 4 of our rooms which was much appreciated. The lovely front of house manager Zubin also upgraded our reservation to include breakfast and a welcome drink. We were very impressed with the hotel and its location. We will definitely book again.

Lovely

Liked: The only thing for me was a selected a twin room and got a double, albeit the bed was huge and due to a delay with our travel we didn’t have time to try and switch! Other than that couldn’t fault! It was the perfect location for us as we were seeing a show at the Shaftesbury Theatre!

Disappointing service pre arrival and...

Liked: I booked twin beds and did not get them. No reference to this request when I checked in - I wasn't aware until I got to the room. This was the sole reason I booked this hotel. Also I prepaid and understand no changes permitted but hugely disappointed when I asked to move the date by one day and the hotel refused despite the price being no different on their website. I won't book Radisson again and have advised others if this - my experience of booking.com hotels to date has always been that they are flexible and accommodating
