Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: There seemed to be some trouble when checking in, so I had to wait for a while, and the room I was given was the one in the back of the lowest floor. The room in this location is different from the other rooms in that it faces the road, and is used for carrying things into the building and collecting trash. As a result, I was unable to sleep peacefully due to loud noises in front of my room late at night or early in the morning. Given the potential for this room, I will never use this hotel again.

Quite disappointing really

Disliked: Disappointed with this stay, first time I have ever left negative feedback. We booked a premium room but I’m fairly certain we got a standard room. Your description said mini bar - no mini bar.It also said City view/landmark view - no, just a solid brick wall and a number of refrigeration or air conditioning units was the only view from the one relatively small window. The room (2007) did not resemble the images of a premium room on your website at all.It also said digital entertainment system, would that be a TV? That’s all there was.Room was very cramped with barely enough room to walk past the bottom of the bed without hitting the TV. Only 2 pillows on the rather large bed, I’m sure had I asked at reception they would of got me more but should I have to, hotels normally have one or two extra in the wardrobe, more so in a premium room. Check out time is stated as 11 AM yet the cleaner was knocking on the door at 9.10 AM. My wife told her we weren’t ready to leave yet and so she returned to knock on the door again just 25 mins later, this time I was in the bathroom and reaching for a towel so I could answer the door but the cleaner had already opened the door and stepped in the room! Overall just not what I would expect from a radisson blu hotel.
