Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Amazing room, great location. Our room got upgraded with really nice view to the road. By far this is our best stay in London!It's a very good value for a stay in central London. Pretty much can walk to all popular places like Chinatown, Leicester Square, Covent Garden etc.

Disliked: My friend and I had a superior twin room but there was nothing superior about the room.

Liked: Very friendly reception staff, good sized room and great location for Dominion theatre.
Disliked: We requested a twin room and got a v uncomfortably trundle bed. Worst bit was no.hot water for a shower which our friends in another room also had an issue with.
