Liked: Felt the room was clean in the main parts but dusty in the cupboards and behind the side tables etc

A sure choice for the...

Liked: Great location. Professionally run and efficient. Rooms are small but functional
Disliked: As a non Scandinavian speaker it would have been nice to have a wider choice of TV channels

Ok, but will look elsewhere...

Liked: Location is good, handy for the train station, nice view of the lake, friendly staff
Disliked: Had to chase up a copy of the booking invoice more than once before receiving.Just noticed I was overcharged ~£35 for the room against rate quoted when booked, not great for an already overpriced room.Long queues when checking in.Bed wasn't great, booked a double, but was 2 twin beds joined together with 2 separate single quilts.
