Hotel was fully booked despite...

Liked: Great location near the city centre, convenient parking in the garage.
Disliked: In the cue for check in, as we were too early and room was not ready yet we dropped off our luggage (again in the cue). We came back late in the evening to pick up the key to hear hotel is fully booked, the staff member said they have issues with some rooms - there was a room reserved in another hotel for us on walking distance. We complaint at the front desk manager the next day who advised us to send a mail to her. Sent a mail with the complaint and a reminder several weeks later but not even a reply. Overall not the customer experience you can expect from a Radisson hotel.

Liked: Room very clean, the breakfast was unbelievable and the spa facilities worked a treat

Liked: Very comfy beds and bathroom was nice
Disliked: Room was not like as shown in photos. Darker and gloomy. I asked for a quiet room with nice view and got a room beside the loudest british couple, the walls were paper thin, and a view of someone else’s window. As far as the name Radisson is concerned, this hotel does NOT meet the usual standards these hotels have.

They should think about redesign...
