Passable

good location and nice swimming...

Liked: location, friendly staff
Disliked: It was not worth the price. I have stayed at many other Radisson Blu's, this was not not upto mark for cleanliness and some other things.

Great hotel for staying in...

Liked: incredible beds and spacious roomsProffesional stafSwimming pool and spa are a nice bonus.Location is wonderful. Right above a metro station, across the street of Antwerp centralCity center less then 10 minutes away
Disliked: We told staff on 2 different occassions that our coffee machine was leaking a lot of water and asked for it to get replaced. After a third time at the front desk they finally called someone to replace it.Our room with City view ended up booked and we got upgraded to a better room, except the view from this room was much less pretty then what we had a year ago.

Good

Liked: Tram station to city center it's right under the hotel
Disliked: The area was not the best, few junky people around the hotel; wanted to use the pool, but a guy was in the water with his T-shirt on, so I changed my mind, poor breakfast, bed was a bit too soft, no minibar in the room (wondering than how come that the hotel has 4 stars), no slippers and bathrobe (though I've got on request)

We will be back.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean place, soft beds, good sleep. The location is just perfect with a parking place for money.. It is Close to city center. Can recommend a restaurant called Beastie Smash in the walking distance with burgers. Supermarket close to the hotel.
Disliked: Do not park anywhere else, because the district is somewhere full of junkies and they make a mess in other parking possibilities, destroy cars etc. In the evening I didn't feel safe around.

Liked: We like the place, it is our second time. WiFi is good, close to the centre
Disliked: The garage is really tight, you need a lot of nerves and patience

Relaxing and peaceful experience in...

Liked: The hotel, room, bar, restaurant, all facilities were incredibly clean. Restaurant staff and cleaners were all very welcoming, polite and friendly. They make sure to be there when you are coming but also leaving the restaurant to thank you and wish you to have a great day. During your dining always making sure you have all you need. Breakfast options were very good as well. Swimming pool, gym, sauna and hammam all very clean, inviting and equipped with clean towels. The size of swimming pool suprised me. It was quite nice to swim there and the water was just the perfect temperature. It was really cool swimming with a view of Antwerp's beautiful central station. At check-out we met another amazing staff member who made us want to turn back around and stay longer. Unfortunatly, we were short on time.
Disliked: Check-in was not so nice, the person at the reception was not willing to hear me out but instead just rapidly stated the information like a robot and sent me away before I could even put my documents back to the bag. It was not even busy at the time we came. Luckily we met a very friendly and patient staff member by the lifts who welcomed us and without even being asked gave us some tips where to find what and how to enjoy our stay. Big thanks to him!
