Great location

Liked: Great location and the pool was an added bonus.
Disliked: Found the hotel very hot and dry.

My stay was disappointing due...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The staff's behavior was rude, and the hotel did not provide water, which is a standard amenity in hotels worldwide. Additionally, they were not flexible with early check-in, refusing even a one-hour adjustment. Check-out was strictly at 12:00 PM, with no flexibility to extend until at least 1:00 PM.

Liked: Amazing and polite staff, amazing position.Thank you to the amazing chambermaid who provided me a new hairdryer as the previous one was broke.
Disliked: This hotel should be cared more.

Superb

Liked: Location, staff and breakfast and parking. All well arranged, my favourite hotel in Antwerp!
Disliked: Perhaps the breakfast, although it was great, have more salmon available.
