Good value for money, convenience...

Liked: Breakfast was served until 11 AM which gave us enough time for a swim and sauna. Very convenient location from the Antwerp central train station.
Disliked: The fitness area could be better attended. Teens and pre-teens taking over the swimming pool and sauna, towels and bath robs all over. Not relaxing at all.

Our second visit to Antwerp....

Liked: The room (627) was excellent: large, quiet (other guests allowing), clean, minimal street noise, excellent view of the station, warm (I turned the heat down a bit). The very comfortable bed was huge: it was like my wife and I were sleeping in different towns.
Disliked: As a rule, we avoid hotel breakfasts when we can. On our last day, we had breakfast in the hotel. €58 for pretty standard fare, but the place was nice and the service was bustling and friendly. The bar on Saturday night was understaffed and people were complaining about slow service, but we managed okay. Finally, hotel is right across the street from the station, so very convenient if you arrive by train. But, it is a twenty minute walk into the old town and the best restaurants.
