Disappointing

Liked: Room was not clean. The desk had food particles on it. The sitting bench had sticky stuff all over it. So cleaning people had to come and the shower was broken

Liked: It’s a beautiful establishment with friendly and professional staff. Lots of amenities

Poorly maintained, disappointing

Liked: Poorly maintained property. Lots of wear and tear in the room, not thorougly cleaned. Went for a corner room for a view, windows had tons of accumulated dirt that blocked the view. Had to ask the cleaners personally to clean the room.Huge disappointment, there are many much better hotels in the area for this money.
