Liked: The lobby was nice. The front desk people were ok. Good location for the people I wanted to visit.
Disliked: The hotel is loud. The first room I was in there was a full party going on . I had been traveling all day and wanted to catch a quick nap at 6pm but it was so loud I could hear everything. I told the front desk I wanted to be moved but he insisted they send security up instead. This ate up all the time I had to rest. Witihn ten minutes of security leaving the party was back on. At that point I went downstairs and told them they must move me because I am not doing this all night.They did move me to a room on a higher floor that was a corner. It was quieter but you could hear everything in the hall. The floors of these rooms are painted concrete and they are bare as can be. Nothing makes it cozy felt like an overpriced dorm room.
