Comfortable and interesting

Liked: The location was central and excellent. Close to everything. The hotel had a lovely ambience, quiet, clean and welcoming. The room felt large and luxurious.
Disliked: Nothing

Not the end of the...

Liked: Location and parking is good.
Disliked: The shower head burst off the shower. It was very aggressive and scared the crap out of me. Luckily didn't hit me as it shot across the room. Couldn't have a shower. Told reception and they just said I should've called to get a different room. I had to go to work and check out, so no time for that. Pretty unimpressed with their reaction. Comped my parking when I asked if there was any renumeration, but otherwise they didn't really care.
