It is frustrating when you’re...

Liked: The people who did the valet parking service were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I was given a handicap room which I had not requested so the sinks were very low. Also, the beds are right next to the door to the room so you hear everyone’s opening and closing doors and every conversation in the hallway. There was no separation between the beds and the front door. I stayed in the hotel last year and I was in a room that had a sliding panel which at least blocked some of the noise. This room had no noise blockage at all.
