Great value for money if...

Liked: Professional, respectful and high quality service throughout the property. The view was great, the restaurants and breakfast were excellent, though very busy with a 15 minute wait on a holiday weekend.
Disliked: There’s not much not to like. The room was tastefully decorated, though the shower over bath is pretty outdated, and the bar fridge was ancient. I’d recommend the owners invest in renovating the rooms to bring them into the 21st century.

We loved our stay and...

Liked: We loved our stay at Royal Pines. The facilities, customer service and food was excellent. The staff at Executive Lounge was just amazing. The manager and her team were very friendly and proactive. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Disliked: The menu options were less for a vegetarian person. Also, if you could add few veg/chicken options for Canopes’ that will make the menu outstanding.

Great for a family getaway

Liked: The pool area is amazing for the kids, but the pool chairs are very hard to get, we only manage to get one for a family of 4 and you see a lot of people trying to find one. The restaurant is good they have a great breakfast buffet, they have a free arcade for the kids and a great café inside, we felt the kids were welcome everywhere which was great
Disliked: We didn't find happy and friendly staff everywhere, some of them are quite cranky when calling up to see if our room was ready to check in I was told off because they had my name spelt wrong and couldn't find it.
