Perfect! Wouldn't change a thing!

Liked: We stayed with friends for the Pearl Jam concert. Our stay was brilliant, from the staff at check in to the lovely man who shuttled us to the concert. We arrived back to find a hot dog stand ready to feed us - we have stayed at plenty of hotels over our time but never had this sort of service. The room was beautiful, amazing views and a lovely coffee and breakfast in the sunshine at the Clubhouse before leaving. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay....

Liked: The room was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was surprised at the extra perks of booking an executive suite. Parking and facilities so handy. Beautiful place to stay.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that a glitch in our booking through booking.com only allowed 1 person from each of our suites to use the "executive suite bonus's" even though I stated that there was 2 people per room.

The best hotel to stay...

Liked: If you're attending an event at Carrara Stadium, this is the place to stay. The staff go out of their way to go the extra mile by providing ponchos for wet weather, buggy rides half way to the stadium and even free hotdogs on your return to the hotel after the event. The spa suite was divine. There was full length windows to watch the storm rolling in, a massive sunken lounge room, view over the luxurious pool area from the bathroom (blind for privacy when you prefer) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Pizza at Amici was also good. Complimentary undercover parking was great (not a huge garage so if you're not early to check-in, you may need to park in the outdoor carpark). Beautiful landscaping and golfing greens which aren't apparent until you arrive up the driveway. This resort was a lovely surprise.
Disliked: The pizza at Amici wasn't authentic Italian style which would have been better. It was still good though!We did get lost trying to find the lifts a couple of times but the staff are so helpful that it's not a drama.

Excellent choice of facilities and...

Liked: Fantastic location, close to the stadium, clean, beautiful grounds, excellent pool. Friendly staff who were well prepared for people attending concert nearby. Free buggy shuttle halfway to venue too!
