Liked: Located in Raasay island, quite isolated which makes it magical, especially in daylight. The bar, the library and the terrace outside gave us a lot of options.

Disappointing stay

Liked: The bed surrounding areas raasay itself people
Disliked: Room staff attitude(not all) Lack of food on menu

The highlight of accomodation and...

Liked: We loved this elegantly appointed, comfortable and historically fascinating property in a most beautiful location. The friendly staff, nice restaurant and wonderful peaceful location with lovely walks and other activities (canoing etc) are perfect. It's an easy ferry ride to Skye so works as base for me colouring skye as well.
Disliked: nothing we loved it and would have happily stayed longer than the three nights if we had had time.One suggestion would be a more extensive brochure on the history of the house (rather than a brief reception copy timeline) and brochures on walking tracks available at the desk.
