Only a one night stay....

Liked: Location ok as visiting family near by. Breakfast average. Not quality sausages. Not all items listed on menu were on the plate but had little time for staff to correct as needed to leave. Rooms spacious but outdated. Value for money
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable. 2 singles put together. Both sides of the mattress sloped. Smell from Indian restaurant strong in the 1 room.

Liked: Good location for walking into town. Free parking here was very welcome. Our room was large and clean. Had to ask for the heating to be put on on the first night as the room and bathroom was quite cold. Wall lights were not very bright, no ceiling lights! Nice big bath, but a handrail on the wall and a slip mat for the bath would be sensible.

Staff shortage and less organized

Liked: Not a good experience with my mental health. Too expensive for what it is .. no heating was cold all night and no staff on sight when I was struggling and panicking outside my room as I forgot my key inside.
