Liked: The property was beautiful! The lobby was fully decorated for the holidays. The rooms were clean and cozy. Valet parking was quick and convenient.
Disliked: The website and the FAQ handed to us upon check-in did not note the gallery was closed until the new year, so that was disappointing. The hotel seemed short staffed. We requested a luggage cart to our room to check-out and they never brought it up. I had to go down and get it myself. Our room on the 6th floor was attached to another room so I was grateful for the sound machine provided in the room, we needed it!

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was borderline creepy. It was dirty, with visible dust and grime everywhere. There was only one small window that was so high up, you needed a chair just to open the curtains, which were filthy themselves. Maintenance was clearly non-existent; everything felt old, worn out, and neglected. The water in the shower was barely warm. To make matters worse, the rooms weren’t soundproof at all, so I was woken up before 7 AM by a family of screaming children in the adjoining room. I honestly can’t believe I paid for such a terrible experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Great location. Beautiful architecture downstairs/lobby. Breakfast food was very good.
Disliked: Bar seemed understaffed for a Saturday night. ~40 min for drinks to come the table. The rooms were sparse and it felt more like hostel than boutique. More luxurious linens, an extra blanket/pillows, curtains that fit the windows, better lighting would help. For an art-centric hotel there was very little art in the rooms.

Superb
