A charming hotel, but I...

Liked: The location was great, walking distance to the main Plaza, shopping, and restaurants
Disliked: There was NO heat in the room. No coffee maker. Very little closet space. The venue hosted loud meetings early in the morning at 7 am. And late at night noise at 2 am from the staff moving furniture after the event.

Liked: Just the location. Nothing else.
Disliked: For three days, we had no hot water; we had to shower with cold water. Even though we contacted the front desk to fix the issue, it persisted, and they claimed it was resolved, but that was not the case. At no point were we offered the option to switch rooms. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the street, neighboring rooms, and a wedding that lasted until 3 a.m. Although we were informed about the wedding, the music was excessively loud.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website; the room was not clean (we even found a cockroach and instead of being offered a room change, they only said that they would send someone from maintenance); and, on our last day, we asked for a late check-out (one extra hour) and they said they could not grant it because "our fare did not qualify for that kind of benefit" even though the hotel was almost empty.

Beautiful location but uncomfortable bed.

Liked: I liked the ambience of the hotel, the old world feeling and decorations. It was beautiful.
Disliked: The King Bed needs to be replaced. I had to roll uphill to turn over. Very uncomfortable and it would make me pause staying there again.
