Liked: Tastefully restored ex convent, modern amenities, superb reception and assistance.
Disliked: The pillows were numerous but thick and firm so slept without. This one small thing detracted notably from the elegant and comfortable accommodation.

Disliked: Is a shame a hotel like this have not parking, it is unacceptable they charge you if you want to park the car above the high room price

Beautiful hotel in few minutes...

Liked: It is great to see the building is restored and well preserved. We booked a king-sized room, and absolutely loved the bed. It was so comfortable, that puts you sleep right away.
Disliked: Bathroom sleepers were missing. The carpet felt a little too dusty.Our room was on the street side, and I could hear all night long trucks and other vehicles passing and honking.There’s an ongoing renovation at the hotel, and our room was right below that. Although the construction noise didn’t bother us, since we tried to stay outside as much as possible, but for a hotel advertised as luxury, it is important to inform the guests about this.

A Superb Location

Liked: It is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was two blocks from the Cathedral, the oldest library in the America's, the zocalo and restaurants.
Disliked: There was construction making noise rather late.

Disliked: The service level is a little too high for when you travel with children, for instance you are not able to load and unload the car yourself which would usually be my preference
